Kwaku Agyemang, known as KwakuOnAir, is an A&R professional at Universal Music Canada, where he showcases his passion for bolstering the Canadian music scene. Devoted to identifying and nurturing emerging talent, Kwaku employs data-driven tools to guide the growth and success of artists under his purview. Drawing from a diverse background in artist management, marketing, production, and grant writing, he leverages a rich reservoir of experience in his role at Universal Music Canada. A graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University's RTA Media Production Program and The Remix Project's Music Business program, Kwaku remains dedicated to continuous learning and collaboration, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the triumph of both established and up-and-coming artists in the music industry.
