CAMP Vancouver 2025: Panels, Sessions, And Nights That Actually Move Your Career

Most “music conferences” give you panels, wristbands, and a nice tote bag.

CAMP Vancouver is built to give you proof: finished records, real relationships, and direct access to people who make decisions.

From November 27 to 30, we are taking over Back End, Soundhouse Studios, Sovereign Creatives, and Warehouse Studio for four days of performance, panels, writing rooms, and invite only sessions with Create Music Group. This blog walks you through how it works and how to plug in, even if you only grab a conference and networking pass.

---

What CAMP Is (And Why It Feels Different)

CAMP is Beatcave’s three day writing and conference experience with a curated fourth day.

You will:

Learn from people who actually do this for a living

Create in real studio sessions across multiple rooms

Connect with artists, producers, engineers, and executives who are actively building careers

The goal is simple. Better songs. Better relationships. Better opportunities.

If you need help growing your streams, building industry connections, and cutting your music costs, CAMP is the room where all of that starts to move.

The Music Conference: Panels + Networking

You might have seen the bright flyer: “Music Conference, Panels + Networking” with options for Networking, 1 Day, or 2 Day access.

Here is what that actually buys you.

Networking Nights

Two late night events bookend the experience.

Thursday November 27, 8:00 pm to 12:00 am at Back End

Performance and networking night. Doors at 8:00 pm, welcome at 8:30 pm, then open stage and curated performances by CAMP attendees. The second half of the night is community introductions, pairing mixers, and networking circles so you are not just standing in the corner wondering who to talk to.

Saturday November 29, 8:00 pm to 12:00 am at Sovereign Creatives

The Boombaux Listening Party. Engineers play back records created at CAMP, the room reacts, and we close with a DJ set. You can bring a plus one to both night one and this listening party, so your community can see what you are building.

On the conference graphic, networking nights are:

Free for Beatcave members

10 dollars for non members

If all you want is to be in the right rooms, hear great music, and meet the city’s working creatives, the networking pass alone pays for itself.

One Day Panels + Networking

If you are testing the waters or have a tight schedule, the one day pass gives you conference access plus both networking nights.

Friday November 28 at Soundhouse Studios, 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

You get:

CQ The Voice: Vocal Warm Up with Carol-Lynne Quinn (2:30 to 3:15 pm)

A working session with a vocal coach and producer who builds JUNO nominated records. She will walk you through athletic, healthy warm ups that you can use for the rest of your career and show producers how to better support artists in the booth.

Social Media Marketing with Nicole Wong (3:20 to 3:55 pm)

Nicole has built a three million plus audience using organic strategy and no label cosign. She is pulling up to show you how to position your brand, grow your audience, and sell your art without begging for industry approval.

Icebreaker and Orientation (4:00 to 4:45 pm)

Everyone in the room shares who they are, what they make, a recent win, and what they want out of the weekend. We cover session etiquette, best practices, and how to approach collaboration so no one is guessing.

On the flyer:

Members get this one day conference plus both networking nights for 39 dollars.

Non members pay 49 dollars.

That is less than most people spend on one takeout night, for direct access to people who can save you months of trial and error.

Two Day Panels + Networking

If you are serious about making a leap, the two day conference pass is the real play. It includes both days of panels plus both networking nights.

Saturday November 29 at Soundhouse Studios, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

You get:

Breakfast and coffee from 10:00 am

Simple, but important. People talk more when they are not hungry.

Music Supervision with Natasha Duprey (10:30 to 11:10 am)

An award winning music supervisor who has placed songs in The L Word, Snowpiercer, Longlegs, and more walks you through how she actually chooses music, what gets in the way of a placement, and how to position your catalog for film and television.

Live and Funding with Alex Grigg (11:15 to 11:55 am)

A veteran of festivals, touring, and venue operations breaks down how to think about shows, funding, and long term career structure in British Columbia and beyond.

Two days of conference content plus both networking nights are:

79 dollars for members

99 dollars for non members

If you are making music in Vancouver, that is a very small price to pay to sit with people who can literally change the direction of your next twelve months.

How Membership Fits In

Beatcave members get:

Free access to both networking nights

Discounted pricing on conference passes

Ongoing support after CAMP: strategy calls, tools, and additional opportunities

If you know you want to be in rooms like this on a regular basis, membership is usually the smarter long term move than buying everything as a one off.
