After an unforgettable summer in Toronto, Beatcave is heading back to Vancouver to close out the year with something big. From November 27th to November 30th, 2025, we’re bringing our signature CAMP experience to the West Coast—with a new format, more opportunities, and even more reasons to level up.
This isn’t just another songwriting camp—it’s a 4-day experience built to help you learn, collaborate, and grow.
The Format
CAMP: Vancouver is designed to spotlight both emerging and established talent across a carefully curated multi-day experience:
November 27 – Performance + Community NightWe’re kicking things off with a brand-new addition to CAMP. The first day features an innovative performance opportunity, networking mixers, and panel discussions built to help attendees connect before any studio time begins. It’s the perfect way to get your name out there, meet future collaborators, and tap into the Vancouver music community.
November 28–29 – CAMP at Soundhouse StudiosThe next two days are packed with songwriting and production sessions inside Soundhouse Studios, one of Vancouver’s most creative spaces. Artists will move between genre-based rooms, producers will get time slots to showcase their beats, and everyone will have the chance to record and build something real. There will also be panels and workshops woven into each day to help sharpen your skills and grow your network.
November 30 – Invite-Only Final Day at The Warehouse StudioThe final day is a curated experience for selected participants who stood out during CAMP. Taking place at the legendary Warehouse Studio, this is where the stakes get higher. Selected artists and producers will receive writing briefs from music supervisors and label reps to create music for signed acts, sync licensing, and custom placements. This is your chance to work in one of Canada’s most iconic studios—on opportunities that can truly change your career.
Why You Should Pull Up

CAMP: Vancouver isn’t just about getting in the room—it’s about getting in the right room. Whether you’re looking to collaborate, build your catalog, connect with industry leaders, or get direct feedback on your work, this experience gives you real access to everything you need to move forward.
If you’re serious about your music and ready to tap into one of the most intentional spaces in Canada for collaboration and growth, don’t wait.
