CAMP LA update: our West Hollywood accommodations are officially sold out

The accommodations side of our CAMP LA tickets is gone.

To everyone who trusted Beatcave with your travel, your time, and your creativity, thank you. These trips only work when the community believes in the room we are building. And you did.

We cannot wait to experience Los Angeles again with you.

What this means right now:

You can still grab a ticket to CAMP LA, but there are no more spots inside the Beatcave properties in West Hollywood. If you are still coming, you will need to secure your own stay nearby and tap into the full schedule below.

The week at a glance (March 19 to March 23)

March 19: Opening Night Mixer with Green Tea Distro (Hollywood)

We are kicking the whole week off with Green Tea Distro, a distribution platform built around artist development, not just uploads. Their whole thing is A and R feedback, community, workshops, and real world events that put artists in the same room as decision makers.

Why this helps attendees:

This night sets the tone. You are not “networking” in the cringe way. You are getting proximity to people who think in release strategy, taste, and momentum. It is the cleanest way to walk into camp already connected, already warm, already moving.

March 20: Lunch and Learn with Lorraine Lawson + special guests, then sessions and an IRKO studio visit

Lunch and Learn with Lorraine Lawson

Lorraine is a vocal and performance coach with serious credits and a reputation for getting artists to translate talent into delivery.

Why this helps attendees:

Most creatives do not lose because their songs are bad. They lose because they cannot sell the record in a room. Performance, confidence, vocal control, story, and presence are multipliers. This session is about sounding more expensive and more certain.

Songwriting sessions at the Music House

This is where you apply everything immediately. Write. Build. Finish. Iterate.

IRKO studio visit (recording + networking)

IRKO is a multi platinum engineer with a stacked credit list across major artists.

Why this helps attendees:

A studio visit like this sharpens your ear fast. You see how high level records get shaped, what “industry ready” actually sounds like, and what engineers listen for when they are deciding whether your session habits are pro or chaotic.

March 21: Content creation + workshop, then Create Music Group sessions + dinner talk

Content creation + workshop

We are building proof while you are in motion. Not fake influencer stuff. Real documentation that supports your brand, your next release, and your positioning.

Create Music Group songwriting sessions

Create Music Group is a major player in the independent ecosystem with infrastructure that spans distribution, publishing, and rights management.

Why this helps attendees:

These sessions connect creativity to leverage. You are not just making songs, you are learning what it looks like when companies that move records evaluate talent, catalogs, and momentum. That perspective changes how you write, how you plan releases, and how you show up.

Dinner talk

This is the reset. Reflection, lessons, and the kind of conversations that usually happen after you “almost made it”, except you are getting it in real time.

March 22: Explore LA + finish songs + listening party

You will get space to breathe and actually enjoy the city, then lock back in to finish what you started.

Why this helps attendees:

Finishing is the flex. Anyone can start five hooks. The listening party creates a deadline, and deadlines create output. You leave with songs that are closer to real release plans, not just hard drive dreams.

March 23: Goodbye breakfast + CAMP wraps

We close it out properly, with one last touchpoint to solidify relationships, next steps, and the post camp follow through.

Why this helps attendees:

Most camps end with “see you soon” and no plan. We want you leaving with clarity: who to keep building with, what to finish first, and how to turn this week into momentum back home.

Final note

If you missed the accommodations, you did not miss the point.

The point is the room, the work, and the relationships. Tickets are still available for CAMP LA, but West Hollywood Beatcave housing is sold out.
