Some records are meant to live past the session.
“Stuck” is one of those records. It was born inside our CAMP event in Toronto this summer, in a room full of strangers who left as collaborators. Now we are bringing that energy across the country and putting it in the hands of Vancouver’s beat community.
For this next edition, we’re partnering with Loop Sessions Vancouver to remix “Stuck” live, together.
Why Loop Sessions Vancouver + Beatcave makes sense
Loop Sessions Vancouver has been quietly building one of the most respected producer communities in the city.
They bring beatmakers into the same room, give everyone the same sample, and challenge them to flip it within a set time. No ego, no clout chasing, no “who you know.” Just process, experimentation, and creativity on display in front of peers.
That philosophy lines up perfectly with what we build at Beatcave:
Collaboration over competition
Community over gatekeeping
Real output over vague “networking”
Loop Sessions creates a space where producers get out of their bedrooms, meet other creatives, and actually finish ideas. Beatcave designs rooms, camps, and experiences that do the same thing across writing, production, and release.
This collaboration is about connecting those worlds.
The challenge: remixing “Stuck”
For this special edition of Loop Sessions Vancouver, we are pulling a piece of “Stuck”, a track created at CAMP Toronto, and putting it in the remix spotlight.
Here is how it will work:
You will receive a selected sample from “Stuck”
You can sign up solo or team up with another creative
Your job is to build something original around that piece of the record
When we listen back, we are not just looking for who can make the loudest or most complex beat. We are looking for the creation that feels:
Most creative in how it flips and reimagines the source
Most cohesive as a full idea, not just a loop
Most community-driven, whether that is through collaboration, story, or the way it sits in the room
What you can win
The winning creation will receive:
A pass to the Beatcave Songwriting Camp happening at the end of the month
A feature on the Beatcave platform, putting your work in front of our community and partners
This is not a popularity contest. It is about the music, the ideas, and how you show up in the room.
Why this matters
At Beatcave, our focus is simple:Help emerging and established music creatives turn talent into finished records, smarter rollouts, and real industry proximity.
We do that through:
Songwriting camps that match artists, producers, and engineers in curated rooms
Expert-led education around songwriting, sync, marketing, and business
Distribution support, tools, and strategy so songs do not just drop and disappear
Access to studios and spaces where creatives can work affordably, consistently, and safely
Loop Sessions Vancouver has been doing a parallel version of that for producers: creating a recurring home base where ideas get tested, skills sharpened, and community actually shows up in person.
Partnering on a record like “Stuck” is a way of saying:
This is what happens when communities connect, not just scenes.
Pull up and plug in
If you are in Vancouver and you care about craft, culture, and real connection, this is one you should be in the room for.
Bring your laptop. Bring your ears. Bring your curiosity. We will bring the record, the sample, and the opportunity.
Flip “Stuck” with us and show what this city sounds like when the right people are in the same space.
