Every year, Beatcave’s CAMP brings together artists, producers, engineers, and industry professionals for a three-day music experience that inspires collaboration and progress. This November, CAMP: Vancouver will take over Soundhouse Studios and Warehouse Studios for a weekend filled with songwriting sessions, panels, and creative connection. None of it would be possible without the volunteers who help bring the vision to life.
The Heart of CAMP
Volunteers are the foundation of the entire experience. From greeting attendees at the front desk to assisting engineers or capturing content around the venue, every volunteer helps keep the energy high and the operations running smoothly. They help create an environment that feels professional, creative, and welcoming for everyone who attends.
Although volunteers do not take part in the studio recording sessions, they still experience the heartbeat of the event. Volunteers gain access to the CAMP Conference, where they can sit in on industry panels, hear directly from music professionals, and connect with Vancouver’s creative community. The weekend provides the chance to see how one of Canada’s most influential songwriting events truly works from behind the scenes.
What to Expect as a Volunteer
CAMP: Vancouver runs from November 27 to November 30, and volunteers will have several opportunities to learn and grow. Here’s what you can look forward to:
Access to the CAMP Conference: Hear from producers, publishers, and emerging artists who are shaping the sound of tomorrow.
Entry to Community Events: Attend Beatcave socials and networking sessions that bring the local scene together.
Industry Exposure: Connect with professionals working in music production, sync licensing, artist development, and more.
Team Camaraderie: Join a group of passionate, reliable people who share a deep love for music and community.
Every volunteer becomes part of Beatcave’s story by helping to create spaces where creativity and momentum thrive.
Why It Matters
Beatcave was created to give artists, producers, and engineers access to real opportunities without unnecessary barriers. CAMP is one of the most direct ways we bring that mission to life, and volunteers play a vital part in that process. The experience is not just about helping; it’s about learning, connecting, and becoming part of a network that drives real progress in the music industry.
If you’ve ever wanted to make an impact in the creative world, this is your chance. You’ll gain insight, meet professionals who are shaping the industry, and contribute to something that helps artists move forward.

We’re looking for dependable, community-minded volunteers who are excited to help build an unforgettable weekend for the Vancouver music scene.
