Our new full-platform partnership with Discovr Radio changes the exposure equation for independent artists across Canada and the US.

Radio has always been the conversation independent artists weren't invited to. Not because the music wasn't good enough, but because the room was locked. Traditional radio promotion has long operated on relationships, label budgets, and gatekeeping structures that most independent artists simply can't access on their own. That's been the reality for decades, and for most of the people in the Beatcave community, it's been one of the more frustrating walls to hit.
That wall just got a lot shorter.
Beatcave has entered into a full-platform partnership with Discovr Radio, making them our Official Membership Partner and the recommended radio promotion tool across every tier of the Beatcave community. This isn't a soft endorsement or a one-off activation. It's a 12-month, year-round integration built directly into how Beatcave operates, which means this is something our members will feel in a real and ongoing way.
So what is Discovr Radio, exactly, and why does this matter?
Launched in January 2026 by Auddia Inc., Discovr Radio is an AI-powered artist promotion platform that places independent music directly into AM/FM streaming feeds through the faidr app, one of the only audio platforms in the world offering ad-free listening on any AM/FM station. The way it works is notable: instead of hoping a program director picks up your track, Discovr Radio's AI Placement Engine uses contextual and behavioral data to match your music to the right listener, on the right station, right next to artists they already love.
Your song gets heard by someone who's already in the headspace to receive it. That's not a minor distinction.
What makes the platform genuinely different from anything most indie artists have had access to is the combination of two things that rarely show up together: guaranteed plays and transparent data. Through Discovr Radio's Artist Portal, you can see total plays, partial plays, skips, listener location, which stations your music ran on, and how listeners actually responded.
That level of reporting used to be reserved for artists with major label infrastructure behind them. Now Beatcave members have access to it too.
The partnership came together with real momentum behind it. At Departure Festival and Conference in Toronto earlier this year, Discovr Radio ran a demo session that pulled in over 65 artist submissions, more than twice what the format was built to hold. That response wasn't a fluke. It was a signal that the independent artist community in Canada is hungry for exactly this kind of tool and ready to take radio promotion seriously on their own terms.
Building on that, the Beatcave x Discovr Radio partnership includes three Artist Demo Listening Sessions co-presented by Discovr Radio across Toronto, Vancouver, and a dedicated member event. These sessions create space for Beatcave members to get their music heard, get real feedback from industry ears, and understand how the platform can work for them specifically. The format has already proven itself. Now it scales.
CAMP is also part of the picture in a meaningful way. Discovr Radio will be present at both upcoming CAMP activations, Toronto (July 16 to 19, 2026) and Vancouver (October 15 to 18, 2026), bringing radio promotion directly into the same space where Beatcave members are writing, recording, and collaborating.
By the time you leave CAMP, you're not just walking away with a new song. You're walking away with a clearer path to getting it heard.
The geography of this partnership matters too. Beatcave's digital reach already extends well beyond Canada, with a significant portion of our audience based in the US. As Beatcave moves toward activations in Miami, Nashville, and Los Angeles, Discovr Radio travels with us, giving our members a direct bridge into US radio audiences in markets that matter enormously for independent music careers. The pipeline from a Beatcave session in Toronto to ears in Nashville is no longer theoretical.

“Our members keep telling us the same thing: they want radio, and they want it on terms they can measure,” said Jerome Ferguson, Founder of Beatcave. “Discovr Radio is the first platform we’ve seen that delivers guaranteed plays, real analytics, and a price point that actually works for independent artists. Making them our Official Membership Partner is a recommendation we can stand behind for every Beatcave member at every tier.”
Theo Romeo, Chief Marketing Officer of Auddia, echoed the sentiment: “Beatcave has built something rare: a trusted, working-artist community that takes its members’ careers seriously. This partnership puts Discovr Radio in front of exactly the artists we built the platform for.”
The reason this partnership makes sense beyond the press release language is that both organizations are solving the same problem from different angles. Beatcave has spent years building a community where independent artists get real access, real relationships, and real infrastructure. Discovr Radio has built technology that closes one of the most stubborn gaps left in the independent music landscape: radio exposure that's measurable, accessible, and not gated by who you know. Putting both things together for Beatcave members is a genuine upgrade to what this community can offer.
Independent music has never lacked talent. It's always lacked infrastructure.
This partnership is another piece of that infrastructure, and it's one that arrives at a moment when the tools to build a real career without a label are closer than they've ever been.
