CAMP Vancouver is built to turn talent into momentum, and this year we’re giving you direct access to one of the best in the sync world. Award-winning music supervisor Natasha Duprey is joining our conference lineup to teach practical sync strategy, demystify how placements happen, and connect with our community across the weekend.
Natasha has supervised thousands of hours of television and film, including The L Word, Kids in the Hall, Snowpiercer, and features like Champions, plus acclaimed docs Boys State and Girls State. Recently, she helped power a horror hot streak with Longlegs, an A24 Hugh Grant feature, and The Monkey based on a Stephen King story. She also serves the community as the founding vice president and current board member of the Guild of Music Supervisors Canada, which means she brings both frontline experience and industry-level perspective.
What you will learn with Natasha at CAMP
How supervisors actually choose songs. Walk through the difference between a maybe and a must-place, and how your metadata, delivery, and timing affect decisions.
What to send and how to pitch. Build a lean folder the way supervisors want to receive it so your work is easy to clear and quick to use.
Career strategy for repeat placements. Turn one win into a system with better collaboration, faster approvals, and stronger relationships.
Why this matters now
Sync is one of the fastest ways to turn great music into visible wins and recurring revenue. Natasha’s credits cut across TV, film, and docs at scale, which gives you real examples and clear next steps you can apply right away.
How you will connect at CAMP
Across workshops, Q and A, and structured networking, you will have multiple chances to learn directly from Natasha, get feedback on your catalog, and meet potential collaborators who can help you deliver what supervisors need. Our format keeps things focused on outcomes so you leave with a sharper pitch, a better folder, and a clearer pathway to placements.
