9 Real Music Industry Jobs Open Right Now (Remote, Hybrid, and Onsite)

Nine real music industry jobs, pulled straight from the source and checked link by link. Some are fully remote, some are hybrid, and a few want you in the room. All of them are open right now.

A quick note before you dive in: not everything tagged “remote” online actually is. A few of these postings were mislabelled where we found them, so every location and work arrangement below has been checked directly against the original listing.

1. Ticketmaster (Live Nation): Executive Assistant, CEO

Remote. Entry level, 0 to 2 years experience. Paid, full time. $57,000 to $72,000 USD.

This role supports the CEO of Split Second, a Live Nation company, with calendar management, travel coordination, and day to day operations. It is one of the more accessible ways to get real access to the executive side of a major touring and ticketing company without needing years of experience first.

2. Moon Mgmt: Music Assistant Internship

Remote (Toronto based company). Entry level, unpaid, part time.

Moon Mgmt is looking for a personal assistant style intern to help manage scheduling, pitch releases to playlists and media, and support an independent artist's day to day operations. It is unpaid, so weigh it against your other options, but it is a legitimate way into artist management from home.

3. Soundstripe: Mix Assistant

Remote first (Nashville based). Entry to mid level.

Soundstripe is a music licensing platform used by brands like Nike, Adobe, and Uber. The Mix Assistant role is real production work inside a company that pays composers fairly and has actual remote infrastructure, not just a remote friendly label slapped on an in office job.

4. Musiversal: Session Musicians and Producers

Fully remote. Ongoing roster, not a single posting.

Musiversal calls itself the world's first online recording studio and pays session musicians and producers for remote sessions on an ongoing basis. One thing worth knowing before you get excited: they are currently not reviewing applications from North America. Bookmark it and check back, since they reopen periodically.

5. Warner Chappell Music: Emerging Talent Associate Program

Hybrid, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York, or Miami depending on department. Paid internship, $17 to $18.42 an hour.

This is Warner Music Group's paid internship program, running a semester at a time across departments like A&R, sync, global catalogue, and business affairs. Applications close August 7, 2026, so this one has a real deadline attached to it.

6. Live Nation: Artist Manager Assistant Intern

Etobicoke, ON. Hybrid, onsite three days a week. Paid.

This intern supports an artist's travel, logistics, and day to day coordination, working directly with a Live Nation artist management team. It is a paid role and one of the few Canadian artist management postings open right now.

7. The Orchard: College Marketing Representative

Campus based, Atlanta, Philadelphia, or Houston. Paid, part time.

The Orchard, a full service independent distribution company, pays part time student reps to promote distributed artists on their campus and in their city through listening events, campus activations, and social content. You need to already live near one of these cities and be enrolled with at least two years left before graduation.

8. Live Nation Concerts: Production Assistant

Los Angeles, CA. Onsite, full time, paid. No degree required.

This is hands on, physical work supporting a production manager and touring crew on show days. No degree required, just a High School Diploma and the ability to work long, unpredictable hours. It is one of the most direct ways into touring production that does not require you to already know someone.

9. CBC/Radio-Canada: Stagehand, French Services

Toronto, ON. Onsite.

A hands on technical role at one of Canada's largest broadcasters. It will not be glamorous starting out, but it is a real foot in the door for live production work in this country, and CBC is a stable employer compared to a lot of independent stages.
