If you want to work in music, do not only search “record label jobs.” This week’s opportunities span live events, artist marketing, touring, audio, business intelligence, production, merchandise and artist partnerships across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil and the UAE.

Not every role below is entry level. We have labelled the career level and key eligibility so you can quickly decide whether to apply now, build toward it, or skip it.

Live Nation Canada | Toronto, Ontario | Office + Toronto venue/event support

Career level: Entry level / internship

Eligibility: Full-time fixed-term internship from September to December 2026, minimum 37.5 hours per week. Applicants need legal Canadian work authorization without sponsorship. Evening and weekend event work is part of the role.

2. Music Central Assistant

WME | London, United Kingdom | Office-based, full-time permanent

Career level: Entry level

Eligibility: Built for candidates serious about a long-term career in music agenting. Previous music-industry or entertainment admin experience is desirable, but not required.

WME describes this as a training-heavy role, with progression most commonly toward becoming a Music Agent’s Assistant. Application deadline: September 7, 2026.

3. LN Concerts, Tour Coordinator

Live Nation | Beverly Hills, California | Full-time

Career level: Entry / early career

Eligibility: Fluent Spanish is required because much of the touring work supports Latin artists. A four-year degree or equivalent is a plus, and entertainment-industry experience is preferred.

4. Audio Support Specialist

JAM Industries | Baie-d’Urfé / Montreal, Quebec | Full-time; work model not confirmed

Eligibility: Best fit for candidates with an Audio Engineering diploma or equivalent experience, a background in audio production or live sound, strong troubleshooting ability and strong written and verbal communication.

This opportunity was submitted directly to Beatcave by the JAM Industries team. Their business distributes and supports professional-audio and musical-instrument brands.

6. Audio Artist III, Battlefield

Electronic Arts | Montreal, Quebec | Hybrid, contract

7. Jr Manager, Business Insights

Sony Music Entertainment | Rio de Janeiro, Brazil | Work model not clearly stated in the official listing

Career level: Early / mid-management

Eligibility: Requires a completed degree in a quantitative or business-related field, advanced Excel and data-analysis skills, English, and prior experience in BI, analytics, strategic planning or FP&A. The role also includes leadership responsibility for analysts.

Despite “Jr Manager” in the title, this is not a true beginner role. It is a strong fit for someone moving from analytics into music-industry management.

8. Production Manager

The National Ballet of Canada | Toronto, Ontario | Full-time, production-based / in-person

Career level: Mid-level

Eligibility: Requires at least 3 years of production management or coordination experience in professional dance, theatre or opera. A valid driver’s licence, valid passport, ability to travel internationally and availability for evenings/weekends are part of the role.

Salary listed at $119,600 to $161,900 USD. This is not entry level, but it is useful for seeing what experience a senior music-merch career eventually demands.

10. Artist & Label Partnerships Manager, Maghreb

Spotify | Dubai, United Arab Emirates | On-site role with some work-from-home flexibility

Career level: Senior

Eligibility: Requires 7+ years in artist/label partnerships, deep relationships across the Maghreb music ecosystem, English and French. Arabic or Darija is strongly valued, and regular travel to Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia is expected.

Another senior role worth studying if artist relations, label partnerships or international market development is your long-term lane.
