From wowing his classmates at talent shows to crafting beats in his college dorm room in Oklahoma, music has always been his passion. But it wasn't until his grad school days in Florida that he made the bold decision to pursue music full-time, leaving academia behind to chase his dreams.
Drawing inspiration from the sounds of the 2012 Odd Future era, LzRDofOz's music pays homage to the artists who shaped his formative years, including Steve Lacy, Frank Ocean, and Tyler, The Creator. Yet, his influences extend beyond music, taking cues from the art of skateboarding and the rhythms of everyday life.

His sound, dubbed "Migrant Music," reflects the trials and triumphs of his immigrant upbringing, touching on themes of prejudice, love, and self-discovery.
